Pyrometallurgical smelter near Kolwezi producing blister copper and a copper-cobalt white alloy, owned by Chinese groups. ITIE-RDC's 2025 artisanal report gives it a capacity of 400,000 tonnes of blister copper and 10,000 tonnes of white alloy, says it buys artisanal ore in the Kolwezi region, and puts artisanal ore at 66.45% of its feed in 2022 and 55.14% in 2023. Its ownership is given two ways. That report names CNMC with 62% and Yunnan Copper of Kunming with 38%, without saying whether CNMC means the group or its Hong Kong company; China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited's 2025 annual report gives itself 57% and YH Metal, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yunnan Copper Group, 38%. Both give the Yunnan side 38%, so the two differ on 62% against 57%. The mining cadastre lists it as holder of PE 14044.
