China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (CNMC Ltd)

Mining company incorporated in Hong Kong on 18 July 2011, through which China Nonferrous Metal Mining Group holds copper-cobalt operations in the DRC; the group is its controlling shareholder and, in the company's words, a central state-owned enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Its 2025 annual report gives it 55% of Kambove Mining, 57% of Lualaba Copper Smelter and 62.5% of Huachin Metal Leach (43.75% attributable), and reports 528 tonnes of cobalt in hydroxide at Kambove Mining and 301 tonnes at Huachin Leach in 2025. The same report calls Somidez a subsidiary of CNMC, the name its glossary gives the group. Every holding and figure here is the company's own.
