USGS's 2022 yearbook gives China Railway Group and Sinohydro 68% jointly, without a split, Gécamines 20% and SIMCO 12%, and names its Mashamba West mine in Lualaba, with a cobalt capacity of 5,180 tonnes a year. ITIE-RDC's 2023 report states that SIMCO holds its 12% on Gécamines' behalf, so that the state's stake through Gécamines stays at 32%, and gives its 2023 output as 235,494.21 tonnes of copper cathode and 3,888.84 tonnes of cobalt, figures the report takes from Sicomines' own EITI declaration. Gécamines' 2025 accounts record USD 130.7 million in dividends from it. Gécamines' 2024 management report says a fifth amendment to the partnership would let Gécamines market Sicomines' production up to its 32% stake, and lists that amendment as not yet put into effect.

AidData records Gécamines' 20% in the structure of the second amendment of 11 September 2008, when the other 12% was held by Gilbert Kalam Babanika; the SIMCO holding is the later reading.
