A development and supply agreement envisaged 455,000–540,000 tonnes of precursors in 2023–2027. Its portfolio explicitly included low-cobalt and cobalt-free products; total contract volume is not cobalt-bearing volume.
From 2023 to 2027, Party B will supply 455-540,000 tons of ternary precursor products to Party A.
GEM's first-half 2024 contract table reports RMB1.04 billion executed under a December 2020 cobalt-hydroxide agreement with Glencore International AG. The table groups GEM and named subsidiaries; it does not identify mine origin.
