The mining cadastre's register at 31 July 2025 lists Compagnie Minière de Tondo SAS as holder of PE 14051, active, in Kolwezi and Mutshatsha, and of PE 535, marked as due to be forfeited for non-payment; the Tshipuki and Tondo artisanal sites occupy those titles. ITIE-RDC's 2025 artisanal report gives PE 14051 to Gécamines in one table and to CMT in another. The sources record no production of its own. It shares the acronym CMT with the Coopérative Minière Tuuikatane, a different organisation.
