A World Bank-administered mining-sector reform project in the DRC (IDA credit H5890; DFID trust fund TF10744; SDR 33.1 million, about US$50 million), which closed 15 December 2018. Its own completion report says it financed a large and complete reform and modernisation of the Ministry of Mines and its specialised agencies and services, CTCPM among them.
