KISANFU is an artisanal site that ITIE-RDC’s study of 15 July 2025 lists on title PE 591, in Mutshatsha territory, Lualaba; its report of March 2023 lists it among the SAEMAPE’s tolerated sites (heading “Toléré”). The mining cadastre’s register at 31 March 2026 gives PE 591 to SOCIETE D'EXPLOITATION DES GISEMENTS DE KALUKUNDI. It is not the industrial mine Kisanfu (KFM): the cadastre places KFM on PE 815, PE 661 and PE 12123, held by CMOC Kisanfu Mining and Kisanfu Mining, in Lubudi territory. Only ITIE-RDC links the site to the title. No point is admitted: the Ministry of Mines’ site list prints nine sites on PE 591, and the name of the one nearest matches only in part.
