An organ of the DRC's Ministry of Mines that centralises, processes, publishes and keeps mining-sector information. It supplied ITIE-RDC's list of 48 copper-cobalt processing entities (36 in Haut-Katanga, 12 in Lualaba), publishes the official mining statistics ITIE-RDC cites, and kept the mining-cooperative register BGR used in its 2019 mapping. C4D's paper lists it among the stakeholders the project engaged.
